The Legacy Spec B is well-known for its Bilstein shocks. (Run-of-the-mill Legacies use a KYB or Tokico shock.) The Spec B also wears specific front strut tops to match the Bilstein shocks. You'll want these to repair a worn Spec B, or to mount the Spec B Bilsteins on a non-Spec B Legacy or Outback.
