Swift Springs 2004-2008 Forester XT

Swift springs are made with a proprietary high-strength steel that allows for a narrower spring coil, meaning more suspension travel before coil bind. Swift springs are also lighter than the competing spring.

Each Swift spring set is specifically engineered for the given application.

Rated lowering -40mm (1.6") front, -30mm (1.2") rear. 179 lb/in front, 117-185 lb/in rear.

Fits 2004-2008 Forester XT.  (Should fit non-XT Forester models of the same vintage, too.)
