FastWRX.com is owned by Mach V Motorsports, LLC ("Mach V"). Mach V collects customer data for the purpose of serving those customer's mail order parts needs; data is stored for customer convenience and so we can delivery good customer service using order history and other historical data.
We don't generally share customer information with other companies. In select cases, we may have other businesses (like our suppliers) ship products to our customers directly. In that case, we will of necessity share our customer's name, address, phone number and email information for purposes of shipping to that customer.
We have never and will never sell customer data to any other organization.
Collected data will be used for purposes of conducting our regular business with our customers. That means we will use the customer data to ship product to the customers, and to communicate with our customers about orders. We may send our customers email updates regarding company news and offers, but these emails will be on an opt-in basis and customers will be removed from the mailing list on request.
Customer data will be stored for two years from the data of last contact with the customer.
Customers have the right to be removed from our marketing mailing list(s) upon request in writing, by phone, or in person.
