Add items to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process to get a shipping quote. The site quotes live shipping rates for US Postal Service and FedEx. Most items ship from our shop, but sometimes we'll have the item shipped from an off-site warehouse. In that case we may use a different carrier, but it will not be any slower than the service you specified, and it may arrive faster.
We do offer free shipping on certain orders. See our Free Shipping Policy Page for more details and conditions.
Note that shipping times quoted for US Postal Service are ESTIMATES. Postal shipments are NOT guaranteed in terms of time to delivery. If you want guaranteed service, select an express Second Day or Next Day Air service.
Also note that SHIPPING times do not include order processing time. We need time to pack and ship your order, and we do that on weekdays only. If you order at 10pm on Friday night and select Next Day Air, the soonest your order could leave would be the following Monday, and it would be delivered on Tuesday. Similarly, if you order at 3pm on a Wednesday, the soonest your order could leave would be Thursday.
We do NOT offer express WEEKEND delivery services. If you choose a two-day or next day express delivery option, it will be delivered on a BUSINESS DAY, excluding weekend days or federal holidays.
FedEx Home Delivery does deliver packages on Saturday. FedEx Ground service to business addresses does not deliver on Saturday.
Mach V Motorsports is located in the United States and our parts are designed for Left Hand Drive (LHD) cars. While the majority of parts don't care about handedness, some of the parts we sell will NOT work on Right Hand Drive (RHD) cars. Think floor mats for example; also gauge mounts, and anything related to the steering rack. Please do not complain to us if you order a part from us here in Left Hand Drive Land and it doesn't fit your Right Hand Drive car. If you have any question about this, call or email us first.
All parts have the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. In addition, Mach V will warranty any product against manufacturing defects for one month from the date of shipment, regardless of the manufacturer's policy.
Other than warranty returns, new-in-box items may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from date of shipment, excluding electrical and electronic parts (including but not limited to light bulbs, lamp housings, and gauges), and wheels, which MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Items that have been installed on a vehicle, or which for other reasons cannot be resold as new, cannot be returned. Custom-built or built-to-order items, including turbochargers, brake kits in custom colors, and all hoods, may not be returned. Once again, wheels may not be returned.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping and insurance on returns is the responsibility of the customer.
If you do need to return something, email us, orders@machv.com . We'll give you a Return Authorization number, plus specific instructions on how to return the part, and what your credit/refund options are. Please don't just drop the part in a box and return it to us with no explanation; we will refuse the shipment if it does not have a Return Authorization number written on the outside of the box.
Note that if you decide to return an item and it's not something that we did wrong, you will be responsible for return shipping. We do not issue return labels simply because the customer had a change or heart, or ran out of money, or crashed the car in question, or decided to "go in another direction." (Yes, we hear all these reasons a surprising amount of times.)
