Transmission Snout Repair Kit 2.5 Turbo WRX Push-Type

Sometimes the throwout bearing on the Subaru fails and grinds away at the snout of the transmission case. It used to be, the only fix was a whole new transmission case (more like, tran$mi$$ion ca$e!). Now there's a less expensive solution. The Snout Repair Kit includes a bolt-on adapter sleeve and a custom throw-out bearing. You slip the new sleeve over the damaged transmission snout, tighten the set screws, and re-install your clutch, and you can keep your existing trans case.

Note that you need to have enough snout material left to securely mount the repair kit. You'll have to judge whether the case is too far gone or not.

Available for all late-model manual Subaru transmissions. NOTE: There have been some reports of incompatibility with the snap ring on ACT clutches. We suggest swapping over the snap ring from your OEM clutch.

Kit includes replacement bearing, sleeve, set screws, Allen key, and grease, as shown.

Fits all 2006-2014 Subaru WRX.
